Healthiest Broccoli Recipe Ever

The Main two ingredient of this dish is Broccoli and Nutritional yeast.
Broccoli one of the very famous cruciferous vegetable, it is well known for its many health benefits.
Nutritional yeast offers: Powerful Antioxidant, Vitamin B12, Lowers Cholesterol in some individuals, stabilizes sugar level and may boost Immunity.

Ingredients
One large head of Broccoli
Cold pressed Olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Juice of ½ big lemons or one small lemon
Nutritional yeast
½ ts of lemon zest (Optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Wash and trim broccoli
On a suitable bowl put the washed frets and add the minced garlic, the olive oil, salt and the freshly ground pepper . Either tosses it well in bowl or in a big Ziploc bag to coat evenly.
Roast broccoli in the oven for about 15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until lightly browned on bottoms or around edges and the broccoli is tender crisp
Take it out of the oven and add the left over olive oil, lemon juice (zest if using) and Nutritional yeast.
