Facing Avoidance

In order to face our fears and what we’re avoiding, we first have to recognize it is root cause  

The first thing we need to do is to analyze why we procrastinate.

Mel Robbins claims we procrastinate because we are stressed out and we are trying to give

ourselves a break.

That is not always the, sometimes we postponed accomplishing a project due to fear. It could be

fear of failing to create the same magnificent result we saw in our minds eyes. 

We could be afraid people will not love our creations and it will be rejected.

Once we recognize the purpose of our fear we can start creating a structured plan to overcome it.

If you’re avoiding creating, set up a daily session to feel and process the fear and then create. Dot research your subject more, Don’t try to collect more data, Just create.

Start sharing your creation with a friend on video call, or get an accountability group that you trust.

When your fear eases, send it to a larger group,  then to even  larger community

Work on the muscle of creating, and sharing regularly, eventually you will build enough

confidence that will carry you above your fear.
